Well, last year was unbearably hot and humid... And this year it was cool and raining! Hopefully, next year that means it'll be a happy medium. Mutt Strut is a popular fundraiser for the Indianapolis Humane Society, which is near and dear to my heart since I was adopted from a humane society too.
Mom loves to see all the different types of dogs at these events.
No Shar Peis, but then again... IT WAS RAINING! And most of us don't like to be wet. Hint, hint, Mom.
Well, only a couple of my bark park pals couldn't come. So we had a pretty good turn out for it being so yucky rainy!

Oh, you look so cute in that sweatshirt. I hope you didn't catch a chill. I'm very glad you had fun despite the rain. Sometimes we just can't wait for pawfect weather for our good times, right?
You know, come to think of it, when Daddy watches the cars going around on that track a lot of time all the cars have to stop for a while because of rain, or else the talking humans are worrying about the rain. I guess it just comes with that pawticular territory.

Mom said the track was a lot quieter with dogs on the track rather than cars. She much prefers it that way!
The wet weather was sure a bummer but glad everypup had fun though... so many furiends to sniff too. Love those adorable pics in the car.
