Mom has been sick again, with a bad cold. I miss our long walks, but I don't bug her about it. Instead, I keep her company by cuddling up any way I can.
Last night, she even let me up on the couch so I could sit next to her and lay my head on her lap.
Mom said I'm her best medicine.

Sorry to hear about your mum's cold - we are still having to wait for our dad to take us out as our mum still has a sore leg!
We are trying not to moan but it is hard when we want to run in the snow.

After your mom is feeling good again, the doctor will take all of the credit, but we know who really brings the people back to health. Make sure you lick her hands when you get a chance, that helps a lot too.
