Halloween Night

Mom dressed me up for the Trick-or-Treaters coming by on Friday night!

She said that kids were supposed to be coming by between 5-8pm.

But 5:30 rolled around and still no neighborhood kids!

The kids who we told that I would be dressing up all came by finally. But it was a pretty slow night. We saw tons of kids visiting homes on the other side of the street, but most never came to our side!

Mom said that next year, if it's warm enough again, that we'll sit outside to pass out candy. Hopefully, more kids will come see me then!

    The kids who didn't come to your door missed out on a great treat. Seeing you in your costume.
    We only had 5 kids come to our door. We have so much candy left over & mom says she's sick of chocolate.

    Oh no Laney... you look so sad! I would have come to your house if I lived closer.

    No one comes to our house either. We live at the bottom of a dark hill. So we hit the streets and passed out candy. If they won't come to us, we will go to them!
